The golden September bathed in the invigorating autumn climate. The west campus of Anqing Foreign Language School greeted the annually-held sports show.
In the first place at 7.30 A.M., the opening speech of the compere raised the curtain of this year’s sports meet. Accompanied by the magnificent ‘Sportsmen March’, the square arrays of Anqing Foreign Language School’s colored flags, athletes from each class as well as referees entered the arena in order.
In the second place, the highlights were raising the national flag and playing the national anthem, followed by the opening remarks conducted by Principal Assistant Ling Qian.
Afterwards, both the athlete and referee representatives made pledges.
Last but not the least, Principal Xu Xuchang announce the official start of the sports meet, which was not only a large-scale& high-standard sports competition, but also an important stage to showcase the healthy spiritual outlook& favorable comprehensive quality of Anqing Foreign Language School’s students.
In summary, with the aim of enabling students to experience the delight of sports, the strength of collaboration in addition to youthful vitality, we hope our students shall strive for glories for their classes and compose splendid chapters for their lives.
